please allow 5-12 business days for delivery within the US and Canada.
Important: Due to the level of personalization and the free preview offered, we are unable to dispatch personalised invitations or birth announcement cards within 2 days of the order being placed. We do guarantee to dispatch our personalized invitations and birth announcement cards within 2 days of receiving approval to print from the customer.
Due to the method of shipping, no tracking number is available for orders. As our gifts are personalized and individually created, we cannot offer priority or express shipping on any of our items.

Any additional personalized messages or details to appear on our products
can be added in the 'Comments' field at the checkout. This will appear
on the same page as your address details and delivery address.
For orders delivered within Europe please allow 5-14 business days.
Our entire range of personalized products are available to order online for delivery worldwide and can be translated into German, French, Spanish and Italian. If you would like to place an order for any of our products in any of these languages please place your order as normal stating in the 'Comments' box at the checkout the language you would like your personalised gift translated into.
Personalized items are non-returnable or refundable. If your order is
damaged during shipping, we will replace the item free of charge. If
your order is damaged on delivery you should contact us at sales@wowbabygifts.com
and we will arrange for a replacement order to be sent out.
If we have made an error with the personalization of your order then we will replace the item free of charge. We will not however replace any orders on which the error was made by the customer, therefore please double check all personalized information before placing your order.
Any orders that do not arrive within 15 working days of the date they were shipped are replaced free of charge. Please allow 15 working days before reporting any orders as missing. Due to the method of shipping, no tracking number is available for orders.
All images should be sent to us as JPG files and should be at
least 150dpi and have a file size of at least 2.5mb.
If you are taking the photo on a digital camera then the highest quality
setting should be used. Photos taken on a cell phone camera are not
suitable.
Some general tips when supplying us with photographs - please ensure photographs:
• are well lit and do not appear dull
• are not blurred or out-of-focus
• avoid taking images against dark backgrounds - we find light, colorful backgrounds look best
• are not cropped too close in on the subject
If the image is not of suitable quality we will contact you and ask you to supply a new image.
Please note - the preview we will send you and any examples shown online are for guidance purposes only. The exact colors of the printed cards may vary from the versions shown on screen. We try wherever possible to reproduce the colors as accurately as we can.
